A collaboration with our Polish friends at Browar Stu Mostow which looks for a balance between the same acidity brought on by coffee and lactobacillus, creating a flavour experience and mouthfeel you’ve never had before.

Ingredients: Water, malts, rye, Kenian coffee, hops, yeast and lactobacillus.

Pairings: Chocolate, ice-creams, vanilla desserts.

Glass: Tulip.
