Mushroom imperial stout

Inspired by the dank moisture that keeps our northern roots fresh, Laugar and the Dutch brewery De Molen came together to daringly add the funky fungus boletus edulis to an Imperial Stout, sprouting an earthy and balanced beer.

Ingredients: Water, malts, Boletus edulis, hops, truffle and yeast.

Pairings: Red meat, roast meat, chocolate pie, chocolate and fruit-based desserts.

Glass: Snifter.
